From 16 January 2017, Lunar Chinese New Year celebrations at PARKROYAL on Beach Road will take on a new form as Executive Chef Ken Ang will be adding his special touch to the dishes at all-day dining restaurant Plaza Brasserie.

Acclaimed for his expertise in traditional roasting techniques unique to Cantonese cuisine, Executive Chef Ang will be showcasing his rendition of the auspicious facai yusheng (发财鱼生, also called lohei)with additions such as deep-fried salmon skin and deep-fried chicken skin. 

Some of the other must-trys include Wings of Fortune in Four Flavours - spicy, soya, garlic and salted egg alongside the signature crispy soft shell crab with tobiko* mayo, braised Sea Cucumber with Roasted Pork, and boneless Duck with Eight Treasures.

The Chinese New Year prosperity feast at Plaza Brasserie is available from 16 January 2017 to 11 February 2017 for lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm, and dinner from 6pm to 10pm.
Enjoy 10% savings on buffets for Chinese New Year's Eve, Day 1 and 2 of the new lunar year (January 28 and 29 respectively), valid with reservations and full payments made by 15 January 2017. Seats are subject to availability.
