Jubilant Abundance is the Year of the Dragon theme at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, with traditional feasts and Chinese New Year delicacies galore.
Peach Blossoms
Peach Blossoms offers progressive Chinese cuisine grounded in traditional Cantonese flavours. Six Lunar New Year set menus are available, including the seven-course Blessings set at S$2,388 per table of 10, and a six-course Year of the Dragon Imperial set at S$398++ per person.
The Jubilant Abundance ala carte menu as well as set menus are available for lunch and dinner from 22 January to 25 February 2024.
Peach Blossoms’ Harvest yusheng is available for dine-in only. Other yusheng options include the Fortune Abalone yusheng, Prosperity Salmon yusheng with crispy whitebait, Prosperity Salmon yusheng and Vegetarian Abalone yusheng.
Jubilant Abundance goodies are available for ordering from now until 24 February 2024. Self-collection and delivery is available from 12 January 2024.
Peppermint
This all-day dining restaurant, formerly known as AquaMarine, offers a healthful farm-to-table cuisine.
The Jubilant Abundance Feast is available for both lunch and dinner from 12 January to 25 February 2024.
Portman's Bar
An Oriental-themed afternoon tea is available from 5 January to 4 April 2024.
