The event features the visionary creations of Chef Shane Osborn, the first Australian chef to earn two Michelin stars and a star on Netflix's The Final Table in 2018. Chef Osborn, chef-owner of The Arcane Collective, Hong Kong, will serve a six-course dinner in Kayuputi’s elegant beachfront dining room.
