Lebanese fine dining debuts at the Ramada Abu Dhabi

The recently launched Ramada Abu Dhabiconveniently located in the heart of the city’s business district, has opened the Karamna Beirut Restaurant for Lebanese fine dining. The Karamna Beirut concept was developed by Restaurateur Tony Karam, whose family owns and runs a chain of restaurants named Karam.

Speaking of the restaurant, Rene Vincent, General Manager of Ramada Abu Dhabi said: "It boasts an exceptional menu featuring select epicurean delights to satisfy the tastes of those wishing to indulge in gourmet Lebanese fare. Leading the culinary team at the restaurant is Executive Chef Mohamed Molla who has over three decades of outstanding experience working with leading 5-star hotel brands such as the Marriott and Hilton across the Middle East as well as parts of Europe."

While the main dining area can accommodate 98 people, private meetings can be held in the three private dining rooms, which have a capacity of six seats each. Two of the private rooms can be combined into one for small groups.

Karamna Beirut's menu includes classics such as hummus, tabouleh, muhammara, and kibbeh. These are complemented with Chef Mohamed's signature creations, including arayes tochka, makadem, mahashi al taj, and assfir machweya.
