According to Liang, Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore clients are typically business travellers visiting the offices around the CBD, many of which are regional headquarters. If there is one phrase to describe Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore it is "best in class", Liang said, listing location, facilities and reputation as the three success factors for serviced apartments.
Liang pointed out that the central location of the serviced apartments means that guests can wake at 8am and walk to work, returning to a wide choice of dining options and a 24x7 gym. As for reputation, Oakwood has honed its expertise after years of experience in the serviced apartments industry, he said.
Every apartment is equipped with a Samsung tablet with the Oakwood app, which can handle in-room requests, book taxis, order flowers or buy groceries. The app also provides links to popular restaurants, from Michelin-starred hotspots at Marina Bay Sands to cafes in shophouses on Keong Saik Road, as well as nightspots. Every apartment is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, Smart TV and a Samsung mobile phone with access to 24-hour customer service.
The units are designed to as luxurious residences, with elegant dining spaces to enjoy a-la-carte room service and fully equipped kitchens with best-in-class appliances from Smeg ovens to De’Longhi toasters. In-room dining is available from 7am to 12am.
The bathrooms feature rain showers with custom Peter Morrissey toiletries and ultra-soft gown and slipper sets designed to evoke a spa-like atmosphere.
