Luxury wellness resort REVĪVŌ in Bali, Indonesia has launched cleanse and detox weekend retreats every weekend for the months of July and August.

With the option of attending for either one or two days for the retreats, the cleanse and detox programme begins at 10am every Saturday, starting with a cold-pressed juice followed by a yoga, Pilates or meditation class. After the session, guests will be served a kombucha (flavoured fermented tea) and detox lunch at NŪTRIŌ restaurant – with the aim of introducing alkaline-forming plant foods into the diet, while reducing the intake of acidic, toxin-rich foods.

Throughout the programme, guests will have unlimited access to the main pool, two hydro Vichy shower beds, hot and chill plunge pools, infrared saunas, jacuzzi, steam rooms and a saltwater floating pool. There will also be the option to enjoy an hour long lymphatic drainage massage at REMISSIŌ spa for an additional cost of US$30. The massage uses very light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to enhance blood circulation throughout the body.

The programme concludes at 6pm and starts again at 10am the next day for those signed up for the two-day retreat. All guests will receive complimentary transfers to and from Seminyak for added convenience (or airport transfers if flying in internationally), and for those looking to have the full REVĪVŌ experience, the Garden Suite at the resort is available at a special nightly rate of US$350.

REVĪVŌ offers 16 Balinese-style suites, including two four-bedroom villas.
