Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest independent hotel brand representing more than 650 hotels, resorts, and residences across 80 countries, is set to grow its footprint in Asia Pacific with the October launch of Artyzen Singapore.
The 20-storey property is located at the site of the mansion Marie Villa, near Orchard Road and the Singapore Botanic Gardens. The hotel boasts 142 rooms and suites starting at 42 sq m, with either a balcony or terraced Sky Gardens, and a roof garden featuring a cantilevered infinity pool and outdoor deck with a sunken lounge.

Artyzen Hospitality Group worked with architectural firm ONG&ONG along with Australian interior design studio Nic Graham & Associates to create a green vertical oasis. For food aficionados, the new hotel will offer a fresh reinterpretation of local cuisines favoured and flavoured by the people of the Straits, including signature restaurant Quenino (pronounced ˈke-ni-nu’ and meaning little one in Malaccan Creole Portuguese), which was co-created with Malaysian-Australian chef Victor Liong. Three food and beverage outlets will be available, including a standalone bar.
