The menu boasts signature dishes such as snail crème brûlée, chicken Basquaise, and gâteau Basque.
Kaixo (meaning 'hello' in the Basque language) is on the ground floor, adjacent to the lobby area. The bar offers a diverse selection of beverages with a Basque influence on the cocktails. Guests can indulge in a high tea experience in the afternoons complemented by pintxos - snacks typically eaten in bars - for sharing.
