Window on the Park at the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre invites Muslims to break fast during Ramadhan at a sumptuous buffet.
Commence your culinary journey with the traditional soto ayam, then indulge in signature dishes such as rendang, ayam masak merah, and sambal paru. Enjoy live stations serving delights such as satay and grilled lobster. Window on the Park's Chef’s recommendations include heartwarming bubur lambuk and creamy durian pengat.
A diverse selection of Asian and international favourites are also available, including Japanese sushi, a Western-style beef burger at a live station, and Singapore chilli crab with deep-fried mantou bread.
For added convenience, a prayer room is available within the vicinity. In-house Muslim guests can also enjoy a suhoor breakfast throughout Ramadhan.
The hotel is currently acquiring halal certification from Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS).
