Six-star culinary collaboration at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

Food enthusiasts are invited to a rare gastronomic event at French restaurant Caprice, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. Caprice's Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot joins forces with Chef Jan Hartwig of Munich's three-Michelin-starred restaurant JAN for a six-star dining experience on August 22 and 23, 2025.

Caprice has earned the distinction of three Michelin stars for seven consecutive years, while Restaurant JAN made German culinary history by earning three Michelin stars just six months after opening in 2023.

Diners can savour a seven-course menu at HK$4,988* per person, blending both chefs' global inspirations and masterful techniques. A tailormade wine pairing will be available. Reservations for this event are now open, with limited seating available.
