Pan Pacific Singapore’s award-winning buffet restaurant, Edge, presents Tastes of the Australian Outback, a dinner experience available daily from 14 October to 9 November 2025. Led by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his culinary team, the exclusive spread is presented in partnership with Indoguna Singapore, a purveyor of the gourmet products and ingredients.
Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging, Edge’s Tastes of the Australian Outback is designed for an evening to be remembered. Tastes of the Australian Outback highlights premium Australian produce, featuring delicacies from both land and sea, alongside Edge’s signature international spread. Indulge in freshly-shucked Tasmanian oysters, poached whole rainbow trout, and Teochew-style steamed giant Australian Queensland grouper.
Savour a feast of premium meats and exclusive cuts, from the signature carving station, highlighting succulent 65°C sous vide slow-roasted Australian Black Angus beef, slow-roasted kangaroo leg marinated in Taylor port wine and Australian duck bourguignon with nashi pear. The charcoal barbecue grill will also offer grilled olive-marinated spatchcock with roasted parsnips, and Pacific mussels in Chardonnay sauce.
Indoguna Singapore Ambassador Executive Chef Dayan Hartill-Law of Palette Restaurant in Gold Coast, Australia, will make a guest appearance at Edge at 6 pm on 14 October 2025, where he will join Executive Chef Oh and his team to officially launch the Tastes of the Australian Outback buffet spread. Chef Dayan, who has two decades of fine-dining experience and a philosophy built on respect for ingredients, will share his insights and cooking techniques for the exclusive Australian meat cuts featured in the buffet spread.
