Dell has opened a new Dell Exclusive Store at Plaza Singapura mall in Singapore. The concept store, chosen for its central location and focus on retail, showcases Dell’s full range of consumer devices as well as a virtual reality (VR)-experience zone.

Designed to let customers browse before they buy, the new store features experience suites with Dell’s latest XPS, Inspiron and Alienware portfolio, including award-winning products from the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show and the recent Computex 2016 in Taiwan.

"The new concept store is an integral part of our go-to-market strategy to showcase our suite of products and enable customers to experience first-hand the capabilities and ease of computing with Dell products,” said Rakesh Mandal, GM, Client Solutions, South Asia and Korea, Dell.

“In addition, Dell has been at the forefront of designing solutions that are enabling emerging technologies such as virtual reality. Our award-winning Alienware line has established the best configuration requirements to drive the ideal VR experience and we are proud to be showcasing that here.”

The father of Singapore fashion Daniel Boey is Dell's brand ambassador. He spoke at the launch ceremony to Jarebb Chua, Country Manager, Consumer Business, Singapore and Malaysia, Dell, about how easy it is to use the XPS 13, that he found the changeover from the Mac very easy, and how the device can conveniently fits into his bags. Asked for two words to describe his experience, he said: "Stylishly efficient".
