Pullman Singapore Hill Street, the essence of luxury in the heart of the city, is celebrating the year of the snake with an array of auspicious dining experiences and festive offerings. This Chinese New Year, Pullman Singapore Hill Street features menus that blend tradition with modernity, symbolic cocktails that toast to fortune at MOGĀ, and vibrant yusheng platters at Madison’s.

A culinary celebration of prosperity

MOGĀ, the modern Japanese Izakaya-inspired cocktail bar, offers Chinese New Year set menus: The Fortune Set (S$198++) and The Prosperity Set (S$278++), available for lunch and dinner on Mondays to Saturdays from 11 January to 12 February 2025.

Designed to be enjoyed by up to four guests, these menus symbolise the abundance and joy associated with the Lunar New Year, through a seamless blend of Japanese artistry and Chinese tradition.

Start your feast with the Pullman lohei (捞起), featuring a medley of smoked salmon, black ‘gold’ (garlic) emulsion, crispy hashbrowns, and more, tossed by diners to good fortune and success. The Fortune Set and Prosperity Set feature highlights such as chicken tsukune, a tender minced chicken creation paired with sous vide egg and elevated with a rich teriyaki spicy sauce.

Another standout is the truffle teriyaki edamame, a luxurious twist on a classic Japanese snack, followed by kuruma ebi tempura, where lightly battered botan shrimp are complemented by sea salt wasabi mayo. End the meal on a sweet note with black sesame gelato, complemented by cookie crumble and matcha dust.

The Prosperity Set includes Tokyo broil, which showcases seared Wagyu striploin, served with yakiniku sauce, broccolini, and garlic chips.

The cocktail bar has concocted the Prosperity pop (S$23++) for the Lunar New Year. Inspired by the auspicious mandarin orange, this refreshing drink symbolises good fortune and abundance. Available on Mondays to Saturdays from 11 January to 12 February 2025, from 6 pm onwards.

Toss to new beginnings

At Madison’s, celebrate the spirit of togetherness with The Pullman lohei, a traditional yusheng available daily from 11 January to 12 February 2025. Advanced reservations are highly encouraged.
