OPPO launches R7 in UAE together with Etisalat

Smartphone brand OPPO has announced a partnership with Etisalat, the UAE's primary telecom provider, in launching its new premium industrial design smartphone OPPO R7 to the country's consumers.

OPPO R7 features VOOC flash charge, a patented instant charging technology developed by OPPO. VOOC flash charge technology provides users with 4x the charging speed of conventional charges, enough power for two hours of talk after five minutes of charging in practical terms. 

The new OPPO R7 enables users to take professional-looking photos at the touch of a button. The OPPO R7 Dual-drive features the traditional contrast detection focus mechanism as well as a phase-detection auto-focus algorithm to achieve focus times as low as 0.1s. Anti-shake Optimization takes multiple photos in the seconds before and after the user presses the shutter and selects the clearest image.

OPPO's latest smartphone has a magnesium aluminium body and a 5" 1080p Super AMOLED screen. The phone offers 3GB of RAM and 16GB of available memory.

Mashreq Etisalat Visa Signature Credit Card is the UAE’s first “Me-Life” credit card

UAE-based Mashreq bank has launched the Mashreq Etisalat Visa Signature Credit Card – the UAE’s first “Me-Life” credit card - in partnership with telecommunication operator Etisalat. 

The new card promises that monthly expenditure on Etisalat services such as talk time, data, broadband and direct-to-home subscriptions can be offset through a 5% rewards rebate on all card purchases. Every time customers spend on their card, they effectively knock 5% off their next Etisalat services bill.

The accumulated rewards can be instantly and seamlessly redeemed across the full suite of Etisalat products and services including fixed line and mobile post-paid bill payment, e-life subscriptions, data packages and Wasel prepaid mobile recharges.
