AccorHotels, the largest hotel operator in the country, has announced its inaugural Gourmet Food & Wine Festival, which it says will be one of the largest festivals of its kind in Singapore.
The event will involve a number of Michelin-starred chefs. “In a city that is renowned for its culinary culture, AccorHotels will bring together some of our best chefs from around the globe and showcase some incredibly talented Singaporean chefs to create a food festival as vibrant and diverse as the city itself,” said Graham Wilson, Chief Marketing & Distribution Officer, AccorHotels Asia Pacific, listing immersive experiences, cooking classes, new flavours and unexpected pairings as some of the delights that Singaporeans and visitors alike can look forward to.
AccorHotels operates almost 50 restaurants and bars in Singapore, with several more to open next year. The AccorHotels Singapore network includes award-winning names such as Jaan, Il Lido at the Cliff, Xperience, Prego's, Tiffin Room and Equinox across its Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel and Swissotel brands.
“Creating outstanding dining experiences is naturally in our genes and our Singaporean hotel heritage,” said Wilson. “Nothing makes our artistic and gifted teams more excited than to share this with our guests.”
