Singapore Airlines tops brand recognition rankings for Singapore

YouGov, as a polling and research firm, has launched its 2015 mid-year Best Brand Ranking results for Singapore. While Singapore Airlines tops the list, Apple is listed twice. Technology brands make up more than half of the top 10, with WhatsApp, e-marketplace Qoo10, Facebook and Google also included in the list.

YouGov's BrandIndex is a daily measure of brand perception among the public, tracking many brands across multiple sectors simultaneously. Every six months, the company consolidates the data and publishes the Best Brand Rankings across the globe. Other than Singapore, countries surveyed in APAC and ME include China, Indonesia, Japan, KSA, Malaysia, Thailand and the UAE.
