Reed Exhibitions Greater China wins 2015 Best Performance Management Company award

Reed Exhibitions Greater China has received a 2015 Best Performance Management Company Award from 51job, one of China's leading human resource solutions providers

The award recognises and ranks companies with the nation's best HR practices and the latest in management trends. The 2015 lineup identified over 200 finalists from a review pool of 420,000 active employers.

"Furthermore, this recognition not only serves as reinforcement to our employees and the industry that we take their careers with us seriously; it also places the spotlight firmly on one of the company's core asset: our people."

In recent years, Reed Exhibitions Greater China has invested in talent management, empowering its employees at all levels of the career ladder with a comprehensive range of learning and development programs. In 2014, as part of the Reed Exhibitions China University programme, over 11,400 hours of training were given to employees. Other successful programmes include the Reed Management Associate Program (RMAP), Reed Exhibitions Greater China Scholarship Program, The High Potential Talent Development Program and the recently launched RX Greater China Marketing Certification Program.
