The award recognises and ranks companies with the nation's best HR practices and the latest in management trends. The 2015 lineup identified over 200 finalists from a review pool of 420,000 active employers.

In recent years, Reed Exhibitions Greater China has invested in talent management, empowering its employees at all levels of the career ladder with a comprehensive range of learning and development programs. In 2014, as part of the Reed Exhibitions China University programme, over 11,400 hours of training were given to employees. Other successful programmes include the Reed Management Associate Program (RMAP), Reed Exhibitions Greater China Scholarship Program, The High Potential Talent Development Program and the recently launched RX Greater China Marketing Certification Program.
