Marina Mandarin Singapore serves up high tea in the atrium

The Marina Mandarin Singapore’s Atrium Lounge, set in the centre of Southeast Asia’s tallest atrium of 21 storeys, is offering a high tea served on a classic three-tiered stand.

Diners pick from an array of sweets, cupcakes and savoury bites, including freshly baked cranberry scones served with clotted cream, premium butter and berry compote, Boston lobster tart accompanied by Louis sauce and caviar as well as mini beef burger with caramelised onions. There is also a chocolate fondue served with fresh strawberries, cantaloupe, marshmallow and dried apricot.
