Diners pick from an array of sweets, cupcakes and savoury bites, including freshly baked cranberry scones served with clotted cream, premium butter and berry compote, Boston lobster tart accompanied by Louis sauce and caviar as well as mini beef burger with caramelised onions. There is also a chocolate fondue served with fresh strawberries, cantaloupe, marshmallow and dried apricot.
The high tea set is inclusive of premium coffee or tea for S$36++ per person at Marina Mandarin Singapore’s Atrium Lounge on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 3pm to 5.30pm. Make a reservation
