The Bold Collection features baked mooncakes with American ginseng, ginger, tom yam and sakura ebi flavours.

The Signature Collection brings back the best-selling premium egg yolk blend baked mooncake. The premium egg yolk blend mooncake is also found in the Premium Collection, together with the classic melon seed baked mooncake.

The Supreme Collection is positioned as the 'ultimate gift for the elderly'. Balancing sweet and savoury, the collection offers the chicken bak kwa wu ren* baked mooncake features five wholegrains and nuts with added diced chicken bak kwa, along with the citrusy tangerine wu ren baked mooncake.

In the snowskin category the Heavenly Collection is all about intense black sesame mooncakes. The skin for these mooncakes is made of 100% pure black sesame. The new flavours are: black sesame and butterscotch snow skin, black sesame and peanut butter snow skin (black sesame paste with crunchy peanut butter), and the black sesame and coconut egg custard snow skin.

The Pure Divine Collection focuses on exotic fruits: chempedak, honeydew melon with apricot, Taiwan green mango and yuzu.
