Heart-warming favourites and a new snowskin flavour will appear at the Raffles Hotel this Mid-Autumn. This year’s Raffles Mooncakes are presented in a blue box, adorned with delicate lotus florals, and make an excellent gift to business associates.

Returning flavours include Earl Grey Tea and Chocolate Pearl Truffle Snow-skin Mooncake (冰皮伯爵茶巧克力珍珠月饼), filled with Earl Grey tea-infused milk chocolate, puff cereal pearls and wrapped in dark chocolate, as well as the Dark Chocolate Crunchy Pearl Snow-skin Mooncake (冰皮珍珠巧克力月饼), with a green snowskin and light minty taste.
For those who prefer classic flavours, Raffles Mooncakes has baked mooncakes such as the Double Yolk with Macadamia Nuts and White Lotus Paste Baked Mooncake (双黄夏果 白莲蓉月饼), Mother-of-Pearl with Single Yolk and White Lotus Paste Baked Mooncake (单黄珍珠白莲蓉月饼) and the Pine Nuts, Macadamia Nuts and White Lotus Paste Baked Mooncake (松子夏果白莲蓉月饼).
