Cure's festive menu adds modern twists to traditional classics
Cure, the modern European bistronomy restaurant in Keong Saik Road, has created a festive menu that captures the essence of a traditional Irish Christmas, made modern.
Available through to the end of December, Cure will present both a la carte and tasting festive menus. The wintery dish of salmon gravalax is part of both menus, served with beetroot, dill and smoke crème fraiche. For an updated take on a classic, opt for the duck & foie gras terrine, or a Christmas favourite of salt baked celeriac with decadent truffle puree, chestnuts, mushrooms and wild rice.
This year, the restaurant has adopted a sharing philosophy where diners are able to share sides of braised red cabbage and smoked & roast potatoes for the table. End the meal with a range of elevated sweet treats such as the cranberry, white chocolate and blood orange trifle.
