Loy River Song, Thailand’s latest ultra-private luxury river cruise, has officially joined Loy Dream as part of Loy Pela Voyages. The cruise charts a route from Bangkok to Siam’s ancient capital of Ayutthaya along the Chao Phraya.

With itineraries ranging from two days/one night to four days/three nights, the four-stateroom Loy River Song delivers deluxe cruises with five-star service: round-the-clock butler attention, meals prepared by a private chef and in-depth local knowledge courtesy of a resident tour guide.

In keeping with the spirit of a bygone era, the décor of the four-stateroom Loy River Song is dominated by precious antiques and rare Thai silks. Upscale modern amenities are discreetly incorporated, including king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, separate his-and-her vanities and dressing tables. The King and Queen cabins range in size from 20 to 30 sq m.

The communal areas are ideal for group sessions, demonstrations, and performances. An airy main salon is defined by handprinted wallpaper, original hardwood surfaces and low-slung furniture upholstered in Thai silk. It opens into the dining room (seats eight) and offers exceptional water views. Comfortable sitting areas come bathed in natural daylight.

The menu, updated daily, features Royal Thai cuisine, a Michelin-starred menu by Thai chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn of Le Du Bangkok restaurant, and European dishes.

Details:

Prices for Loy River Song start at THB 208,250 ++ per cabin for a three-day, two-night trip. Guided excursion options, some on foot, others by car or a traditional long-tail boat, are available.
