Fly higher with Lunar New Year celebrations at the Pan Pacific Singapore

Pan Pacific Singapore's Lunar New Year delights, available from 1 January to 25 February 2024, are an invitation to soar into prosperity.

Hai Tien Lo (海天楼)

The award-winning Hai Tien Lo offers fine Cantonese cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant will focus on its festive menus during the Lunar New Year period: 

Set menus - 22 January to 25 February

Starting from S$128 per person, try eight set menus presented by Executive Chef Ricky Leung, including the Joyous Abundance set menu at S$498 per person. Highlights include Chef Leung's signature braised South Africa abalone with truffles and crispy sea cucumber and the double-boiled fish maw and dried scallops in fish bone broth.

Àla carte menus - 22 January to 8 February

Specialities available during the Lunar New Year period include braised imperial swiftlet's nest with lobster and bamboo pith (S$128 per person). The lunch dimsum menu also features festive items such as lobster dumplings.

Yusheng - 22 January to 24 February

Yusheng platters are also available for dine-in (22 January to 8 February) or takeaway (22 January to 24 February). Several options are available, featuring lobster, abalone, and smoked salmon.

Abundance yusheng: whole abalone, lobsters, scallops, coral clam, dragon fungus and crystalline ice plants. Available for dine-in only (S$288 large).

Vitality yusheng: lobster, classic whole abalone, smoked salmon and dragon fungus (S$228 large, S$168 small).

Double Blessings yusheng: smoked salmon, crispy silver whitebait and dragon fungus (S$128 large, S$88 small).

Nutritious Prosperity yusheng (vegetarian): crystalline ice plant, vegetarian jerky and garden greens (S$88 large, S$68 small)

Add-ons include: Boston lobster meat, ten-head whole abalone (six pieces), and Hokkaido scallops (six pieces), and Norwegian salmon.

Edge - 22 January to 25 February

The local and international buffet spread includes the opportunity to make your own Edge Specialty yusheng and Peking duck. 

Keyaki - 22 January to 24 February

Japanese-inspired yusheng is available for dine-in. The Premium yusheng (S$388 for six to 10 people) features lobster, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, salmon roe and sea urchin together with gold and silver flakes, while the Wafu yusheng (S$168 for three to five people) offers tuna, salmon, and yellowtail sashimi, plus shredded pumpkin and jellyfish. 

Festive takeaways

Enjoy auspicious takeaway treats from Pan Pacific Singapore's online shop. Hai Tien Lo’s two pencai (盆菜) options, the traditional Classic Treasure Pot and the Double Dragon Blessing Premium Treasure Pot, are available for takeaway orders from 1 January to 24 February 2024. Available from S$398, the pencais feature eight-head whole abalone, dried oysters, sea cucumber, fish maw, dried scallops, and roasted duck. Delivery and self-collection takes place from 18 January 2024.
