Need to stay fashionable at the office? Korea’s SK Planet has updated its Styletag mobile app with content inspired by New York Fashion Week, which ended on 13 February.

Styletag aggregates and curates crowd-sourced fashion content from across the globe, providing inspiration as well as shopping information. The app features content from professional image-makers, amateur photographers and guest editors.

The free app is available for iOS 7 (iPad, iPhone and iPod) on iTunes and on the Google Play store for Android. Styletag can also be found at @StyletagApp over Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest; at Facebook.com/StyletagApp on Facebook or online at www.StyletagApp.com

Styletag is one of several fashion-based apps available for mobile devices. The Play store also lists Dressapp, Fashion Freax Street Styles, Fashion Style, My Clothes, My Dressing, Stylicious, and Stylitics. As with any app, content is king. The ones with more active participants and with big names adding content are likely to be the ones most useful in identifying real fashion trends.

In Korea, SK Planet operates cross-channel web and mobile platforms Ok Cash Bag, a consumer rewards programme, mobile App store T-Store and the virtual mobile commerce marketplace 11th St.
