City Developments (CDL) has announced additions to the dining and retail options at City Square Mall in Singapore.
Decathlon, a French sporting goods retailer with presence in over 21 countries, will open its first retail outlet in Singapore on 21 May 2016. Known for its extensive range of sporting merchandise and accessible prices, the retailer strives to share its love for sport.
“At 21,500 sq ft, featuring over 85,000 innovative and quality products from 50 different sports, our store will continue Decathlon’s mission to make sport accessible to all Singaporeans,” said Bastien Grandgeorge, CEO, Decathlon Singapore.
By early June 2016, visitors to City Square Mall can also look forward to the signature dishes of Taiwanese restaurant Din Tai Fung, which include steamed chicken soup and fried rice with shrimps &.eggs.
"Our twentieth restaurant is slated to open at City Square Mall and will house a seating capacity of over 100, allowing us to welcome even more fans to enjoy our simple and classic cuisine,” commented Patsy Loo, Senior Vice President of Brand Development (Restaurant Division), Taster Food.
The mall recently welcomed footwear and accessories retailer Rubi Shoes as well as the first outlet of Seoul Jjimdak, which specialises in chicken braised in Korean soya sauce. Cotton On has also expanded its foothold at City Square Mall with a bigger shop space featuring a wider range of merchandise.
