SITEX celebrates its 30th birthday this year at Singapore EXPO halls 5 and 6 from 22 to 25 November. Organised by SGTech and managed by SingEx Exhibitions, this year’s anniversary event introduces four experiential zones – Travel Tech & Active Fit, Portable Audio, Smart Home and Living, and Gaming, on top of the Marketplace, CE Lifestyle and IT Peripherals, as well as Mobile & Broadband zones.
The ethos of the brand stems from giving consumers opportunities to discover how much technology has transformed the way they live and work. Adrian Sng, GM, SingEx Exhibitions, said: “SITEX’s position as Singapore’s only consumer IT exhibition that embodies today’s latest technological offerings in the form of new lifestyle experiences, has always been undisputed. For three decades, SITEX has been harnessing the profound impact of technology to accentuate personal experiences in the lives of consumers...
“This year, as we celebrate 30 years of SITEX in Singapore, in the midst of showcasing new and trending state-of-the-art technologies that emerge every year as we always do, it is an opportune time to look back at what we theme as Throwback 30 where we spend a moment to reminisce the technologies that has shaped our past, paved the way for the present and provided inspiration to build our future.”
Saw Ken Wye, Chairman of SGTech, said: “As Singapore’s premier trade association for the tech industry in Singapore, we are extremely proud to have journeyed together with SingEx and our tech community over the past three decades. SITEX is the perfect platform to complement Singapore’s rapidly evolving technology landscape, and both SGTech and SingEx are committed to continue supporting the growth of the community.”
