A menu curated by Master Chef Chong features braised eight-head abalones, dried oysters, flower mushroom, and black moss with Seasonal Vegetables, as well as braised chicken ball with Morel mushrooms and chestnuts in brown sauce served in hot pot.
The dinner (S$138++ per adult) will be held from 6 pm to 10 pm and features:
- An eight-course Chinese New Year set menu with prosperity lobster yusheng
- Free Flow soft drinks and Chinese tea
- Live entertainment and activities
- Lion dance performance
- Lucky draw

A six-course Auspicious set menu is offered for takeaway. The menu includes a Treasure Pot pencai as well as pan-fried niangao.
- There is a 15% discount for online orders placed by 31 January 2024.
- UOB cardholders are eligible for 25% off for orders placed by 4 February 2024, and 20% off for orders placed by 22 February 2024. They may order over the counter or through email.
The fugu yusheng (新春日本河豚鱼捞起) and Treasure Pot pencai (富贵盆菜) are also available for individual takeaway.
