Samrub Samrub Thai takes over Dining on the Rocks, Six Senses Samui, in August

Chef Prin Polsuk from Michelin-starred Samrub Samrub Thai in Bangkok will take over Six Senses Samui's signature restaurant, Dining on the Rocks, for two evenings this August.

The takeover on August 8 and 10, 2024 will showcase Chef Polsuk's cooking concept, which reinterpretes traditional Thai cooking techniques and recipes dating back to the era of King Rama VI together with seasonal local ingredients. His menu will also reflect how local fishermen eat.

The menu on each night will be family-sharing style. Priced at THB 3,800++ per person for the food only, the meal will include three starters, four main dishes served with jasmine rice, and a combo dessert. 

Thai-inspired tropical cocktails and wine-pairing options will also be available.

Details

Two seatings are available, at 6 pm and 8:30 pm. Guests will enjoy a 30-minute session with Chef Polsuk before each session.
