The hotel has 1,500 sq m of event space, and can cater for small-group meetings, bespoke experiences, larger meeting arrangements as well as provide personal St. Regis Event Butlers. 

Conference, cocktail and dinner organisers can view five distinctive meeting rooms and the John Jacob Ballroom, while smaller events can be held in rooms that accommodate meetings of four to nine. All event rooms feature in-built LCD projectors and discreet AV panels, and are equipped with broadband to facilitate video and satellite conferencing. The St. Regis Singapore also offers technological setup support, for seamless integration of audio-visual equipment. For smaller meetings, the Luxuriant rooms also include a 40” flat screen television and a Bose sound system to facilitate meeting presentations.
