An American feast at Grand Central

The two-storey urban eatery on the roof of the Elements shopping mall will be offering three and four-course dinners, priced at HK$368 and HK$398 respectively. Begin the feast with the roasted sweet potato soup or roasted beets, blue cheese mousse, poached pears and pistachios.
For mains select the ultimate Christmas treat, the roasted US turkey breast served with corn bread stuffing, cherry balsamic jam, glazed carrots and giblet gravy. Other Christmas favourites include the US prime rib eye or the lighter cardamom spiced snapper fillet. Traditional pecan pie cheesecake is a highlight on the dessert list.

Feliz Nevidad Fiesta at Coyote
These popular Mexican establishments in Wanchai and Discovery Bay are offering three-course meals for HK$308 and four-course meals for HK$348.
Start with the Oaxaca seafood tomato bisque with mini cheese nachos for the soup or enjoy the blackened chicken breast baked “Yucatan style”.
There is a choice of entrees, either the roasted, stuffed turkey breast, the Texas-Cajun rubbed lamb short-loin, or alternatively the seared mahi-mahi fillet.

Those looking for a traditional Christmas supper are in for a treat at McSorley’s in Soho, Discovery Bay, and Macau, as well as at Happy Valley’s The Jockey. All outlets have prepared a three or four-course dinner for HK$298 and HK$338.
Celebrate with a choice of starters such as the roasted butternut squash soup garnished with cinammon, pumpkin seed and pesto. Main courses include a salmon offering and a braised lamb shank served with roasted garlic mashed potato, baby onions and brussel sprouts. There is also a classic roast turkey. Savour the oven-baked salted caramel, apple and cranberry crumble or the chocolate cake prepared with mascarpone cheese and cinnamon chantilly cream thereafter.
